Letter from the President
As we close out another year, I want to pause and say thank you—to our clients and to our team. 2025 asked a lot of all of us. You trusted us with critical systems, real-world problems, and high expectations, and we don’t take that lightly. We’re grateful for the partnerships we’ve built and for the honest conversations, shared problem-solving, and steady collaboration that defined this year.
I’m also deeply thankful for our team and for the progress we’ve seen personally and professionally. Watching our CEO, Dan, continue his recovery has been one of the most meaningful parts of this year. It’s given us perspective, gratitude, and a renewed sense of purpose. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re optimistic, focused, and excited about what’s next—stronger, clearer, and ready to keep building alongside you.
PS: Our New Year's Schedule is listed below as well as a little glimpse at the Dallas team. Hope you enjoy this month's newsletter.

Client Highlight: All Metals Fabricating

This December, we had the honor of attending All Metals Fabricating’s Christmas party—and it was a powerful reminder of why we’re proud to work with them. What stood out most wasn’t the celebration itself, but the genuine care and respect they show their people. One especially meaningful moment was recognizing a team member retiring after 50 years with the company. The appreciation in the room was unmistakable. This isn’t just a workplace—it’s a community.
Not long after, All Metals Fabricating was named to The Dallas Morning News’ Top Workplaces D-FW 2025 list, earning one of fewer than 50 spots in their category—and notably, the only manufacturing company recognized. What makes that distinction even more meaningful is that it’s based entirely on employee feedback.
As CEO Lance Thrailkill shared, “Our team is the reason for our success, and we celebrate them at every chance we get.” That philosophy shows up in everything they do, and it’s exactly why we value this partnership so highly.

Seriously, Another Outage? What the Cloudflare Crash Tells Us (Again)

On December 5th, a faulty Cloudflare update caused widespread outages across the internet—again. This wasn’t a cyberattack. It was a failed update to a system designed to protect websites. The result? Zoom meetings dropped, websites went dark, and businesses were left explaining outages they didn’t cause.
This piece looks at the real lesson behind these incidents: if your business relies on third-party systems (and it does), readiness matters more than blame. We cover why backups, monitoring, communication plans, and alternate access paths aren’t overkill—they’re basic operational hygiene in 2025.

Three Tech Investments That Actually Shorten Construction Project Timelines

Most construction leaders don’t need more software—they need fewer bottlenecks. Chasing RFIs, waiting on approvals, and dealing with rework caused by outdated drawings all add time and frustration.

Planning Your 2026 IT Budget: What Construction & Manufacturing Leaders Need to Prioritize

Sponsored Doesn’t Mean Legit: How Fake Support Ads Trick Businesses

Scammers are buying Google ads that mimic legitimate vendors like Microsoft, Sage, and QuickBooks—counting on frustration and urgency to do the rest. One rushed click can lead to credential theft, remote access, or worse.
This article breaks down how these scams work, what red flags to watch for, and exactly what to do if someone on your team encounters one. Awareness here is one of the simplest ways to reduce risk.

TIME Named AI Person of the Year—Why Small Businesses Should Pay Attention

AI didn’t arrive loudly—it quietly embedded itself into everyday tools. TIME naming the architects of AI as Person of the Year confirms what many businesses are already feeling: expectations have changed.
This piece explores how small businesses are already using AI informally, where the real risks lie, and why clarity and guardrails matter more right now than complex automation. The goal isn’t to rush—it’s to adopt intentionally and responsibly.

Year-End Sage Updates for Construction Companies

Year-end Sage updates are required—but that doesn’t mean they have to be stressful. These updates touch payroll, tax reporting, and job cost data, which leaves little room for error when teams are already stretched thin.

IntegraMSP Holiday Dinner

This month, we took time to celebrate the wins of the year with our small but mighty Dallas team. It was a chance to reflect, reconnect, and appreciate the people who carried us through challenges while still helping IntegraMSP grow stronger.
We missed our remote teammates (you were absolutely with us in spirit), and we’re heading into 2026 grateful, energized, and optimistic. We’ll be sharing photos from the evening soon—it was a good one.
A Little New Year Fun: A Puzzle Worth Sharing

As we head into the quieter days between holidays, here’s something thoughtful and genuinely fun. This story highlights a long-running puzzle challenge from the UK’s codebreaking agency—and how, for the first time, schoolchildren helped design it.
It’s a reminder that technology doesn’t always have to be about speed and productivity. Sometimes it can be about curiosity, creativity, and the simple joy of figuring things out together. A great one to explore with family—or on your own.

Holiday Hours: New Year’s Day

As we ring in the New Year, IntegraMSP will be closed on Wednesday, January 1 so our team can start 2026 rested and refreshed.
For true emergencies, our on-call team will still be available—because critical issues don’t always respect the calendar. We’ll be back on Thursday, January 2, ready to jump into the year ahead.
Thank you for being part of our 2025. We’re grateful for the trust you place in us and excited to continue the journey together in 2026.
