IT companies are like NFL or NBA referees - you don't typically hear about them unless people are unhappy.  Here, I hardly ever think about IntegraMSP and that's a very good feeling to have.  Our focus gets to remain on our business.

The single biggest benefit for Dry Law having IntegraMSP take over our IT is accessibility.  Inevitably, things will go down with networks or computers, but I've always had the confidence that we'll be up and running with minimal downtime.  I can't recall ever having to wait more than 10 minutes for a call back.  This is also an IT company that informs us about nationwide outages in real time, as opposed to us panicking and having to figure out what is going on.
