Some thank-yous are long overdue.

Over the past several weeks, I have found myself reflecting on where we were a year ago after Dan’s medical emergency. It was a season that changed everything. Our focus was exactly where it needed to be: on family and getting him home.

Looking back now, I realize there is something I should have said a long time ago.

This team carried us.

They took ownership, solved problems, and supported one another. They cared for our clients with the same commitment they always have, even while navigating uncertainty themselves.

They gave me room to breathe. Later, they gave me the freedom to focus on building the next chapter of IntegraMSP because I knew the foundation was in incredibly capable hands.

One of the greatest privileges of leadership is watching people become more than they believed they could be. Over the past year, I have watched confidence replace hesitation. I have watched teammates lean into challenges, teach one another and celebrate each other’s successes.

Somewhere along the way, something incredible happened.

We did not just make it through. We grew.

We became a stronger company because we became a stronger team.

That idea runs through this month’s newsletter. Technology can provide extraordinary capabilities, but tools alone do not create resilient organizations. People do. Clear ownership does. Thoughtful processes do. The willingness to ask hard questions—and take responsibility for the answers—does.

That is true when a team is navigating a difficult year. It is also true when a business is navigating AI.

Forg365 is a phishing-as-a-service platform that combines AI-assisted phishing, device-code authentication abuse, stolen sessions and post-compromise mailbox access.

A victim may reach a legitimate Microsoft page, complete multifactor authentication and still authorize an attacker’s session. The attack demonstrates why no single control—not even MFA—should be mistaken for a complete security program.

On July 30, Jennifer joined Dan Tomaszewski, Kari Renn, Matt Disher and Craig Bacheler for Kaseya’s The Power of Peer: How MSP Owners Grow Through Community webinar.

The conversation explored leadership, accountability and the value of surrounding yourself with people who are willing to share what works, admit what does not and challenge your thinking.

Some of the biggest shifts in Jennifer’s career did not happen because she found the right technology. They happened because she found the right people.

Building the Next Chapter, One Layer at a Time

For Christmas, Dan gave Jennifer a canvas and asked her to paint the IntegraMSP logo for the new office.

Most of her artwork is free-form, making the precision of the logo a different kind of challenge. It came together slowly, layer by layer, as she worked through the shapes, colors and details.

The process felt fitting. IntegraMSP’s next chapter is being built much the same way: intentionally, carefully and one layer at a time.

The finished painting now hangs in our Richardson office, bringing Jennifer’s work as an artist into the future she is helping build as our president.

• Mike Moscato marked six years with IntegraMSP. His knowledge, patience, leadership and willingness to help have made him someone the entire team can count on.
• Dan Gilligan celebrated his birthday. We are grateful for the vision, dedication and commitment to doing right by our clients that he has brought to IntegraMSP from day one.
• Evelyn Gilligan celebrated her birthday. Evelyn brings creativity, positivity and dedication to the team, and we are excited to see what the coming year brings for her.

MY DR NOW Opens Its First Texas Clinic

IntegraMSP had the honor of attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony for MY DR NOW’s first Texas clinic in Waxahachie.

MY DR NOW is bringing same-day primary care, walk-in availability, scheduled visits, telehealth, extended hours and coordinated follow-up to Texas communities. Its care model helps address the gaps that leave many families facing long waits, limited appointment availability or unnecessary trips to urgent care and emergency rooms.

Our team was proud to help prepare the new Waxahachie office and training center. We will also support the setup of additional DFW locations as they come online over the next several months.

This is the work we love most: helping organizations grow with the technology foundation they need to serve people well.

Next Step Dance Named 2026 Studio of the Year

Turn the volume up for this one. The reaction is the whole story.

Next Step Dance Performing Arts Studio, one of our clients, was named the 2026 Studio of the Year at The Dance Awards—an extraordinary recognition of the talent, discipline and heart poured into that studio every day.

We usually see our clients through the lens of their technology and operations. Behind every network we support, however, is a business filled with people doing remarkable things. Getting to celebrate moments like this with them is one of the best parts of what we do.

Congratulations to the dancers, faculty, staff, and entire Next Step Dance community. What an incredible achievement.
