March didn’t exactly slow things down—it just made everything more… intentional.
This month, we’re leaning into a space we’ve been spending a lot of time in lately: construction accounting and the technology shaping it. And a big part of that focus comes from what we’re seeing right here in North Texas. The construction firms we work with aren’t just keeping up—they’re operating at a level that’s genuinely impressive. Complex projects, tight timelines, constant movement, and still finding ways to adapt as the industry shifts under them.
That’s also what makes the timing of the USA Build Expo so relevant. The conversations happening there aren’t theoretical—they’re the same ones our clients are navigating every day. Financial visibility, connected systems, and making faster decisions without sacrificing accuracy.
We’re also taking a closer look this month at what our clients actually get from us, especially around security awareness (because even the best-run organizations still have humans clicking things they shouldn’t).
And since we’ve been deep in this space, we’re rounding things out with a set of articles that break down what’s changing, what’s quietly breaking, and what’s starting to work better.
As always—if something here sparks a question, idea, or mild existential crisis about your infrastructure, we’re here for that.

And now… everything promised above for our March newsletter.

We’ll Be at USA Build Expo April 22-23, 2026 at Dallas Market Hall
We’ll be attending the USA Build Expo, and if you’re in construction, this is one of those events that’s actually worth your time.
We’ll be at Booth #554, and yes—we have VIP passes available for clients (free, because we like you - just click the pic below).
This ties directly into why we’ve been doubling down on construction accounting systems. The conversations we’re having right now aren’t theoretical—they’re happening in real time across the industry:
- Financial visibility gaps
- Disconnected systems
- Reporting delays that shouldn’t exist anymore
If you’re going, stop by. If you’re not sure whether you should be going, that’s probably your answer.
What Our Clients Get and Need from IntegraMSP (CyberSecurity Awareness End User Training)

We talk a lot about outcomes, but this is what that actually looks like in practice—especially when it comes to security awareness and reducing risk in a meaningful way.
Security awareness training only works if it changes behavior, not just checks a box. The program we deliver is designed around how people actually interact with technology day to day. That includes core areas like phishing awareness, password security, social engineering, data protection, and physical security risks. It also extends into compliance requirements such as HIPAA and PCI, along with ongoing coverage of current threats, including AI-driven attacks and QR code phishing. Training is tailored by role, so executives, IT teams, and general users each receive content that reflects the level of risk they carry.
But training alone isn’t enough. Testing is where awareness becomes real. We run simulated phishing campaigns that reflect current attack patterns, delivered on a consistent schedule to maintain awareness over time. When someone clicks, the feedback is immediate, turning a mistake into a learning moment. As users improve, scenarios become more advanced, reinforcing habits instead of relying on one-time exposure.
The difference shows up in the reporting. Instead of vague metrics, clients see clear indicators of risk and progress, including training completion rates, quiz performance, phishing trends, and individual user risk scores. Compliance documentation is built in, but more importantly, the data is usable. We review a recurring security threat report with clients, so the information doesn’t sit in a dashboard—it becomes part of how decisions are made.

March Article Roundup — What We’ve Been Seeing
Here’s what we’ve been writing about this month (and yes, there’s a theme).
We’re Not Big on Awards… But We Are Big on Feedback
We’re not going to pretend awards are the goal.
But we do pay attention to what clients say—and right now, that feedback has us ranking near the top of IT providers in Dallas based on Google reviews.
That matters to us because it reflects something real:
- Responsiveness
- Clarity
- Actually solving problems
Here’s a look at what people have been saying.
